一、基層地面上附著物的處理

1. Disposal of attachments on the ground at the grass-roots level

在基層表面上，因?yàn)槭┕ぴ?，?huì)留下許多附著物，例如：水泥地上的水泥疙瘩、砂粒和浮漿等，這些基層附著物在進(jìn)行環(huán)氧底漆施工前需要用磨光機(jī)或鏟刀等施工工具清除干凈。

二、油污的處理

尤其是工業(yè)地坪中，油污污染是最嚴(yán)重的，基層混凝土的毛孔都被油污給堵塞了，環(huán)氧地坪漆不能滲入，會(huì)影響漆膜和地坪的附著力，即便做好成都環(huán)氧地坪，也會(huì)出現(xiàn)縮孔等現(xiàn)象。所以需要進(jìn)行油污處理，油污少的區(qū)域，直接用清潔劑清洗干凈即可。油污較多的區(qū)域，建議用汽油或酒精燃燒方法祛除。以上方法處理都不理想的情況下，建議重新做混凝土。

三、平整度的處理

無錫環(huán)氧地坪對基層的平整度要求較高，對于平整度不達(dá)標(biāo)的區(qū)域需要進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)?？捎铆h(huán)氧砂漿或其它合適的材料對地面上的坑洞、不平整處進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)，一遍不行就進(jìn)行多遍。之后用研磨機(jī)、銑刨機(jī)修整地面的平整度。

Epoxy flooring requires a high level of leveling of the grass-roots, and needs to be repaired in areas where the leveling does not meet the standards.
